Employee deductions
- IGSS (4.83%): Employee's contribution to the Guatemalan Social Security Institute

Employer costs

- Aguinaldo: Equivalent to one month's salary, paid in December (provision: 1/12 monthly)
- Bono 14: Equivalent to one month's salary, paid in July (provision: 1/12 monthly)
- Vacation: 15 days per year worked (monthly provision)
- Incentive Bonus: Q250 monthly (Decree 37-2001)
