How much CTS can you withdraw?
This page does not calculate the May or November deposit. That lives on the CTS calculator. Here we only apply the free-disposal percentage to the balance already at the bank.
- Through 31 Dec 2026: you may take S/ 10,000 (100%, Law 32322).
- Permanent rule (art. 42): S/ 5,000 free and S/ 5,000 stays.
- Certified cancer or terminal illness: 100% on any date.
available = balance × 100% (through 31 Dec 2026, or for illness) available = balance × 50% (permanent art. 42)

The bank asks for ID. The employer does not authorize the exceptional withdrawal; they do step in if you certify illness.
If this semester has not been deposited yet, run the CTS deposit calculator first (S/ 2,500 + last bonus S/ 2,500 → S/ 1,458.33) and add it to the balance.
No. On termination the employer pays truncated CTS, truncated bonus, and truncated vacation. That total is on the settlement calculator.
The current art. 42 (Law 32322) speaks of 50% of the deposit, not 4 UIT. This page does not use 4 UIT.
