Default: reported salary Q5,000 and 15 certified days → daily Q166.67 × 2/3 = Q111.11 a day → Q1,666.67.
When an IGSS doctor certifies temporary disability (illness or accident), the EMA program pays a cash subsidy of two-thirds of the reported daily wage. It is not full pay. A private clinic note does not unlock this cash.
